What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of departure. The reception is open 24/7. “Express” check-out: to save time, you can pay your bill the day before and then deposit your keys in the box provided for this purpose the next day.

Do you offer a shuttle service between the hotel and the airport /train station?

We can arrange for your transfer to the Ramada Encore Hotel by Wyndham Geneva from Cornavin train station or Geneva-Cointrin airport. Simply book this 24 hours before your arrival, by calling our reception or sending us an email.

How much does it cost to use the car park at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Geneva?

The hotel has a secure, private car park, located in the underground car park of the Praille shopping centre and for a charge of 10 CHF per day; the address is Route des Jeunes 10, 1227 Grand-Lancy. A lift gives direct access to the hotel. This car park is accessible to our guests 24 hours a day.

How does one reach the city centre of Geneva from the hotel?

Our reception staff at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Geneva will be happy to show you the bus and tram lines that connect to the city centre, with a map of the TPG (Geneva’s public transport body). To help you get around, you will be given a free transport ticket, valid for the duration of your stay across the whole Geneva network. We can also reserve a taxi for you.

When is breakfast served at Ramada Encore Hotel?

A buffet breakfast is served daily from 6: 30 a.m. to 10: 00 a.m. in our restaurant, The Hub, and an “Express” breakfast is served at the Bar from 6: 30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You can also order a takeaway breakfast by requesting it the day before at Reception.
